How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is padded with stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for non-defective records if the original shrink-wrap has been removed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be modified.
